The manager was very attentive and polite.

Booked online and showed up and Clarence was outstanding. Paperwork was easy and smooth.

Clarence at Front Desk was Awesome, worked quickly to get the storage we ordered online!

Not sure how many reviews they want for the same experience, but I said it all above.

I was met so courteously. Everything from the paperwork was easy and it met my expectations. No trouble and very helpful!

Units are expensive everywhere right now but Clarence was more than wonderful and made sure we were well taken care of.

Reserving a space was very easy. And completing the paperwork was painless.

Clarence at the front desk made the process very easy. He showed me the units prior to renting. Entire site was clean and well kept.

Only problem was the truck was not available as promised. I had told Clarence I needed it for Saturday May 8th at 10. I thought I had reserved it but when I called a few days before to confirm and was told someone else had reserved it. Thank goodness my son had 2 trailers that we could use. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happy but it did work out in the end. Clarence did his best to try to correct the mistake and offered me the truck Saturday after 5:30 all day Sunday but that wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work as my help wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be able to help at those times.

This is a good facility. Very clean with excellent service. Only complaint is that the rate I found online was misleading in my opinion. The rate still aligns with other facilities in the area so I booked the unit anyway. Very secure facility. If looking for a facility this location is worthy of a look for sure.

I believe the gentleman that helped me was Dave the Mgr. and he was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained everything completely to my understanding.

Clean spot and easy to get into. A door at each end of the hall so I could unload from both directions at one time. It is easy to get to, and the office staff is more than helpful. Price is a little high but not bad compared to other climate controlled facilities.

The WORST place to store your things! I paid for a climate controlled unit for 4 months. When I moved my stuff it was molded! O had to throw about half of my items in the trash. They will not do anything about it and the manager wont even answer my calls. When I called him he "acted" as if he could not hear me. BEWARE!!

I was in a hurry to find a storage unit. the first place i went didn't have any the size I needed. Went to Storage Masters. They actually had 4 and I was shown all 4 before making my decision. It was quick and painless. The people that I dealt with were very pleasant and friendly.

My husband & I had a storage unit a few years ago at a different location. After reviewing the prices we realized we were being over charged. I finally feel like I am getting my money's worth. It is very secure and very clean. The paperwork was quick and easy. They also provide a free truck to move your things. So happy with our decison to go with Storage Master's! The staff is amazing too!

It was a pleasant experience thank god cuz moving items is very stressful. I was happy it took like time to get in and out! Also great staff!! Very helpful, efficient, and friendly!

I am very happy we chose this facility. Jody was super friendly and helpful! I did everything on-line but she called before my move-in day to see if I had any questions. I told her I would be in Saturday to complete the paperwork even though we weren't moving our things in until Monday. When I got there everything was ready to go. It only took about 15 minutes! I could not believe how clean the unit was. We feel we are getting great value for the money and the staff is super!

The paperwork would not have taken so long, but they had a new person training. The facility is nice, clean and secure.

Will never go back and moving stuff out as soon as my paid rent is up
